New Jersey coverage questions
- Which MLS will my New Jersey property be listed in?
- New Jersey listings are entered into the regional MLS that serves the property. We confirm the MLS from your property address before your listing is prepared.
- Is pricing different in any New Jersey MLS?
- No. The $149 Standard and $188 Premium packages apply in every New Jersey MLS we serve, with the same optional upgrades available at checkout.
- Is a second MLS available for New Jersey properties?
- A second MLS listing is a $150 optional upgrade whose availability is subject to brokerage approval. It may not be available for every property, and we don't promise additional MLS exposure until it is confirmed.
- Can you list every property in New Jersey?
- Not necessarily. MLS availability depends on the property's location. Contact us with your property address before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can list it and which MLS applies.
- Does MLS coverage mean my listing can be entered into that MLS?
- The coverage shown here describes where each MLS is commonly used. Our brokerage network covers all eight New Jersey MLS systems, and the MLS for your property is confirmed from its exact address during broker review.
- Will my listing appear on consumer real estate websites?
- Listing information may be shared with consumer real estate websites through MLS data feeds. Each website decides how, and whether, it displays particular listing information.
